Welcome to From Post To Host, by Ridge & Reverie (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of fromposttohost.com and any associated services (the “Services”). By purchasing our Products or Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase the Products or Services.


1. Definitions
  • User / You / Your — any individual or entity accessing or using our Services.

  • Account — the user account that you create to access the Services.

  • Content — text, images, audio, video, files, or other materials you upload, post, or transmit through the Services.

  • Services — the features, functionalities, and offerings provided via fromposttohost.com (courses, coaching, social media content, and/or other digital products).

  • Third-Party Services — services, platforms, or tools not owned or controlled by us, which may be integrated with or used along with our Services.


2. Scope & Acceptance
  • These Terms apply to your access to and use of the Services.

  • By registering an account, using the Services, or otherwise accessing the site, you accept and agree to these Terms.

  • We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes, and your continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the changes.


3. Eligibility & Account Registration
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services (or have capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction).

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering an account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

  • You must notify us immediately of unauthorized use or security breaches.


4. Use of the Services & Prohibited Conduct

Permitted Use. You may use the Services for lawful, non-infringing, authorized purposes described in our documentation or website.

Prohibited Conduct. You must not:

  1. Use the Services in violation of laws or regulations (local, national, or international).

  2. Upload, post, or transmit Content that is unlawful, defamatory, harmful, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

  3. Use the Services to interfere with, disrupt, or degrade other users’ access or the infrastructure.

  4. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users’ accounts, or networks.

  5. Send spam, unsolicited communications, or engage in malicious activity.

  6. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services (to the extent not prohibited by law).

  7. Use the Services to host or distribute malware or viruses.

We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your access if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.


5. Content Ownership, License & Responsibility
  • You retain ownership of the Content you submit.

  • By uploading/hosting Content, you grant us a (non-exclusive, royalty-free) license to copy, store, display, and serve that Content as needed to provide the Services.

  • You are solely responsible for the Content you upload, and you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions.

  • We may remove Content that violates these Terms or is subject to a valid takedown request.


6. Payments, Billing & Refunds
  • If the Services require payment, you agree to pay fees in the amounts and at the times we specify.

  • We may charge via credit card, debit card, or other payment methods.

  • We may use automatic renewal unless you cancel before renewal.

  • If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to Services.

  • Refunds (if any) will be subject to our Refund Policy (all sales are final, no refunds).


7. Service Interruptions, Maintenance & Backups
  • We may perform scheduled maintenance or updates. We will attempt to notify users in advance when reasonable.

  • We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

  • You agree that from time to time the Services may be unavailable for existing or new users, for maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues, and we will not be liable for such interruptions.

  • You should maintain your own backups of all your Content. We are not responsible for data loss except as described herein.


8. Suspension & Termination
  • We may suspend or terminate your access (and your account) at any time, with or without cause, upon notice (if possible).

  • Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends. We may delete or purge your data per our Data Retention Policy.

  • You may also terminate your account by following our account cancellation process.

  • Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination (e.g. payment obligations, obligations relating to Content, liability for violations).


9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” with all faults. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, we disclaim all warranties (express, implied, statutory), including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.

Limitation of Liability. In no event shall we be liable for:

  • indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages;

  • loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill;

  • damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services;

  • claims by third parties arising from your Content or use of the Services.

Our total liability (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) will not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 6 months, or a capped sum of $97, whichever is less.


10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us (and our officers, employees, affiliates, agents) harmless from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

  • your violation of these Terms;

  • your Content;

  • your use of the Services;

  • your violation of any law or rights of third parties.


11. Privacy & Data

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. That document explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose your personal information.


12. Intellectual Property
  • All intellectual property rights in the Services (software, code, features) remain with us or our licensors.

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease parts of our Services, unless explicitly permitted.

  • If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate them.


13. Third-Party Services & Links
  • Our Services may integrate with or link to Third-Party Services. We are not responsible for their performance, content, availability, or policies.

  • Your use of any Third-Party Services is subject to their terms.

  • We make no guarantees about interoperability or integration.


14. Changes to the Terms & the Services
  • We may modify the Services (add, remove features) at any time, and may charge new fees.

  • We may update these Terms; for material changes we will notify you (e.g. via email or site notice).

  • Your continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.


15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA.

    Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the courts of Boone, NC  (or via arbitration or alternative dispute resolution, as you prefer).

  • If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest will remain in force.


16. Miscellaneous
  • Entire Agreement. These Terms (and the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, etc.) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.

  • Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not operate as a waiver of that right.

  • Severability. If a court finds a provision invalid, the rest remain enforceable.

  • Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our consent; we may assign our rights at any time.

  • Notices. We may send notices by email or via our website. You are responsible for keeping your contact information up to date.
